Return & Exchanges

Your order will be delivered to courier within 2-7 business days. It shows the variation of the delivery time according to the distances after the software in the orders in Turkey is delivered to Yurtiçi Kargo. You can check the tracking of your order with the link and tracking number sent to your e-mail address and check where it is and how soon it will be reached.

Exchange / Return;
From the date you receive your order; You can send ( Yurtiçi Cargo ) to the company to which we send the shipment within 14 working days and make the exchange / return process. Exchanges and returns are borne by the customer. We do not accept the cargos you send with a counter payment. Cash refunds or exchanges of products that have been used or lost their originality for similar reasons not accepted.

Bikini and underwear derivative products are not accepted. 

The cargo you sent to us will be examined, and your return will be sent to the system after the review. Your refund will be provided by Iyzico between 3 and 7 working days.

We cannot process exchanges and returns for international shipments, exchange and return policies are applicable only to your orders within Turkey.
